Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers in the secondary real estate market
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings
- Assist clients with pricing strategies, market analysis, and negotiations
- Stay informed about market trends and local regulations
- Facilitate negotiations between buyer and seller to secure favourable terms.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous real estate sales experience in the secondary market
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
