Off-Plan Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong connections with developers, investors, and potential buyers interested in off-plan properties.
• Stay updated on local market trends, upcoming developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively market off-plan properties through digital platforms, events, and networking.
• Provide expert guidance on off-plan property investments, including financial projections and market analysis.
• Facilitate negotiations between developers and buyers to secure favourable terms.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant real estate experience
