Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers in the secondary real estate market
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings
  • Assist clients with pricing strategies, market analysis, and negotiations
  • Stay informed about market trends and local regulations
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyer and seller to secure favourable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Previous real estate sales experience in the secondary market
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
